Well the usual haunts of either the Schoolhouse or the longstone come to mind,
as does mahafeys. It really depends on what the event is going to be like
though doesn't it? I mean if we're thinking of talks etc then perhap you might
be able to organise borrowing the 'lecture room' that ICS lend to IFSO/ILUG
every so often.
