I've no idea what I could volunteer apart from general webby skills, but 
I'm available anyway (just name the CMS and send me the FTP and DB details!)

There was no mention of a forum in that list. I would add that. Also, a 
map of users. And a calendar of events. they'd be bare for a while, but 
you never know...

Also, create a planet.php.ie. I know I haven't blogged for a while, but 
I'm sure I'll have lots to say soon enough, and some of it may be 
php-related.
