I use Zend Studio 5.2 a lot and to be frank I can't live without it 
either on win or linux.

Zend are developing a new eclipse based IDE which I have beta testing at 
the moment. I presume the release will be quite soon now as its quite 
good. So i you are in the market for one, try the Zend one. I'd imagine 
if you buy now you would also get the upgrade when the new one comes out 
(don't quote me on that).

I will agree with you tho, that they are both very slow (java) but there 
are other great ides out there too.PHPEdit from waterproof software is 
great too and is used as a backup IDE sometimes.
