Did I mention anything about "rewriting" the constitution to use the
PEAR one? I would not wish to do anything like this with IPUG as this
is a totally different group. I was just explaining how it was being
done at PEAR because Ken or Kae (I'm not quite sure which one had said
it) had mentioned that I could give an idea on how it's being done
there. I, by no means, wish to rewrite the IPUG constitution as I
consider it very well made as it is and it suits me well.

nop but there're Quebec PHP User Group, Vancouver PHP User Group,
Sydney PHP User Group, Melbourne PHP User Group, Gold Coast PHP User
Group, New Zealand (NZ PHP User Group), etc. But seriously I care
absolutely not, it was just a note :)
As I don't deal with Canadians for many things, I can't tell you if
there is a group called the "canadian" UG. The same issue arises for
the the US as they are such a large country that people have to
organize in smaller groups in order to be able to meet and discuss
hence the Atlanta group, Georgia Group, Palo Alto, etc....
Coming to think of it, on a national basis, I think it'd be a good
idea to have it as "Irish" instead of "Ireland" like the French and
the Indians. I realize that it's better when it's for cities,
counties, provinces, departments, etc. that the names remain the same.
So let's stick with Irish
It fits me very well to be honest so... :)
