I second the idea of Cork being important. I can tell you that in a few days
as a direct result of a PHP meetup a site will be launched. We may not be
vocal I know but we are codign away like little squirels. If you use twitter
this may be useful to you.

Anyhow instead of being fixed, we could pick centres and rotate each month.
Thats a cray idea I know and subject to lots of debate before we all agree
its crazy.

On a serious side. We should leverage all the new web services we now have
at out disposal to make country wide internety meetings possible (thinking
Qik, Slideshare, Irc, twitter) all can be combined into one IPUG
communications overlord.
