[Phpug] constitution and committee, et al

A question for the whole group: are there any other PHP developers in
Galway? Just moved here, and am not aware of any tech connected groups
yet....

Ifd it were more than just myself I'd love to arrange some Galway meetings.
But if it's just myself....I'll sit in the corner of the bar and recurse
myself :)
