[Phpug] committee

Hi

Not sure if you have to be nominated or can nominate yourself? I would be
happy to be on the committee as a general member, and can dedicate time to
carrying out whatever tasks need completion. But being based in Galway can't
commit to attending every meeting in person (but I think we have covered
that in the last few weeks discussions).
