I like having a real person take notes or comments on what folks say, on the
ubuntu channels we have a logging bot, and we log our IRC meetings, but it
does help to put things into context afterwards if you have someone making
notes and how we came to that conculsion otherwise bots log everything and
even random non committeel stuff one doesn't need.  So for that reason, I
suggest have a bot by all means but I'd still go with Kae for secretary,
plus think of how fun he contributes via mailing lists! :p
