[Phpug] committee

I think we may have achieved a "full house", unless anybody else wants
to nominate somebody or volunteer themselves
for those positions laid out in the constitution at
http://lists.iephpug.org/pipermail/phpug/2008-July/000920.html.

This is how things are shaping up:

o Secretary, secretary at php.ie
--> Kae Verens
o Treasurer, treasurer at php.ie
--> Symeon Charalabides
o Public Relations Officer, pro at php.ie
--> David Coallier
o 2 ordinary committee members
--> #1 Stephane Lambert
--> #2 Andrew Madigan

If people are happy to accept this then I think we have our inaugural
IPUG committee.
