these are just nominations. if you're just arriving at work or sitting 
down to your email, feel free to add yourself as a nominee for any of 
these positions, or even to veto someone on the list.

I'm suggesting that we give this a week or so to stabilise, and then 
accept the standings on that day (Wed, Aug 27) if there is no dissent.
