[Phpug] Google Calendar for IPUG events

There is a google calendar for IPUG events (which as it stands are
just the monthly meetings plus Software Freedom Day at which we will
participate) which

for short- use this to help remember when the meetings are; as always
the last wednesday of the month.

Please feel free to add yourselves as attending and to spread the news
of these meetings - the group can only be successful with your help!
