Irish law on this is a bit odd. I'm not an expert on it, but as I understand
it, there actually isn't such a thing in Ireland as a charity as you'd have
in the UK or elsewhere. You can have "charitable status", but that's not the
same thing.

As to being honest/dishonest, well, is IPUG going to be a for-profit group
or a non-profit group and is it going to help people who aren't members? If
non-profit and yes, I don't see any dishonesty involved. Otherwise... well,
yeah :D
