In the event that you choose a limited company structure, you would be
required to have at least one AGM physically, and you're "supposed" to have
one for unincorporated association structures as well (but noone is there to
enforce that rule so you could ignore it for the unincorporated route).
AGMs don't have to make decisions, but you couldn't rule it out for a more
formal setup.
Apart from that, both routes leave it open to whatever means of meeting you
choose.
