it's not that hard to believe. I only know of them because I'v had to
install two instances of SugarCRM by request. After installation and
playing around with it, I'm not sure what the fuss is about - in my
opinion, it's an over-complicated addressbook and todo list.

and yes, I should have qualified the "want to be called a visionary"
thing by saying that I don't know what the guy in question thinks of
that moniker. my opinion is that he's probably flattered by it and
secretly likes it but is openly modest about it. If I'm wrong, and he
actually has it on his business cards, then damn him ;-)
