[Phpug] Zend ACL

Not a huge lot out there yet - or at last nothing a Google search will turn up. I'm publishing my own tutorial on Zend_Acl in a few days to the blog where I'm running a new blog series (my usual annual multi-parter).

Certainly hit the IRC channel or even the mailing lists to ask questions. There's a lot the manual doesn't necessarily make clear.
