[Phpug] meeting of month

It's today - and also Wednesday, June 26 (the last wednesday of each month).
Meetings in Dublin are in the Longstone Pub on Townsend Street at 20:00.

I get the feeling that the meetings in Cork do not occur any more as the
turn out is too low.
